HOVG Heroes - FBJ Submission
Our first Hall of Very Good Heroes submission is up on their site today. We highlighted the career of Matt Williams, who is a member of three different all-time teams (Giants, Diamondbacks and 1980's NL). Williams is the only player nominated to three all-time teams not enshrined in Cooperstown.
As mentioned in one of our previous posts, we were asked to be a part of this special project (aptly titled the HOVG Heroes). Every day for five weeks, a different contributor will post a piece that highlights a topic or player of interest. The project will end with the election of one player into the Hall of Very Good.
The posts have been very good so far and I highly suggest you that you make "Check out HOVG" part of your daily routine. Recent submissions include:
