Trivia Question

Since 1950, what pitcher had the lowest ERA without leading the league?  No cheating.  Answer in a few days!

  5. Who ever finished second to Gibson in the NL in 68. Usual suspects would be Koufax, Drysdale, Carlton, but since this was a question from uncle Kenny I will go with Koufax.

  6. You got the year correct Mike, but Koufax retired after the 1966 season. The answer is Sam McDowell finished behind teamate Luis Tiant's 1.60 ERA with a 1.81 in 1968. Sudden Sam did lead with 283 K's that year.
